COMMUNITY INNOVATION AND EXCELLENCE
AWARD
The community innovation and excellence award is given to the organization who has done the most to involve the education and practicing professionals in achieving their goals for stormwater management.
This year’s award goes to the Florida Stormwater Management Association. Their leadership and vision for the future is well documented in terms of their help to the practicing professionals. In addition, their stewardship is well recognized in the protection of the environment, through the promotion of stormwater management products and proper management.
They have accomplished a mission that enhances an understanding of the capacity of stormwater management practices through research, dissemination of information, active participation in the legislative decision process and education.
