Our conference theme in this year is “Integrated Environmental Sensing, Monitoring, and Modeling for Optimal Decision Making”. This conference provides a remarkable opportunity for the academic and industrial communities to address new challenges and share solutions, and discuss future research directions. In total, 138 papers were submitted to the conference. About 120 papers were accepted after a rigorous review process. Contributors are from 16 countries over the world. Accepted papers will be presented in 24 technical sessions in which 10 sessions are special sessions.
