Academy Hosts Training Workshop for the ASCE/EWRI Orlando Chapter
Stormwater Management Academy Hosted a Training Workshop for the ASCE/EWRI Orlando Chapter on Aug. 26, 2014 at UCF Main Campus.
Twenty-five professional engineers joined the workshop.
Dr. Dragan Savic (Head of Engineering Program, University of Exeter, United Kingdom) gave a talk titled “Fast Approaches for Urban Flood Inundation Modelling.”
Dr. Ni-Bin Chang (Director of Stormwater Management Academy) gave a talk to provide audience with an overview of research, education, and outreach programs of the Stormwater Management Academy at UCF.
Mr. Ryan Mitchell (President of ASCE/EWRI Orlando Chapter) gave a plaque for appreciation of Dr. Savic’s talk.
Mr. James Crawford (a graduate research associate at UCF) presented velocimeter and autosampler technologies for the audience.
