Prof. Ni-Bin Chang visited Nicaragua from Aug. 6 to 9, 2014 to discuss collaborative work in stormwater management.
A collaborative project among the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (Spanish: Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, UNAN), National Central University in Taiwan and University of Central Florida in the United States had been finalized in this meeting via a tri-MOU framework.
The discussion was held on Aug. 7, 2014 in a seminar within the El Instituto Nicaragúense de Estudios Territoriales (INETER), Nicaragua.
